As an agency Residential Support Worker, you will support vulnerable children and young people (8-16 years old) with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) in residential homes. Your role will be essential in providing care, guidance, and a nurturing environment to help them thrive.

Your Role Will Include:

Requirements:
✔ Minimum of Six Months’ Experience in a Social Care setting
✔ Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
✔ Full UK Driving Licence & Access to a Vehicle (Essential)
✔ Must be 21+ Years Old
✔ Flexible to work sleep-ins & overtime when required
