This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or aspiring Registered Manager to take the next step in their career. You will play a vital role in creating a homely, nurturing, and caring environment for the young people in your care while being supported by a highly-trained staff team and an experienced senior management team.

Your Role Will Include:
✔ Leading and managing a high-performing team in a children’s residential setting
✔ Creating a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment
✔ Supporting children and young people to thrive emotionally and socially
✔ Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and delivering high-quality care
✔ Managing staff training, supervision, and development
✔ Promoting positive outcomes for children and young people through tailored care plans
Requirements:
✔ Registered Manager experience or vast Deputy Manager experience
✔ Level 5 Leadership & Management (or currently working towards it)
✔ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent NVQ)
✔ Passion and drive to support children and young people
✔ Extensive experience in children’s residential settings
✔ Right to Work in the UK
✔ Full UK Driving Licence & Access to a Vehicle
